| This program is designed to put people in situation of team work and leadership. For only then, are team work and leadership talent nurtured. The program is designed on the assumption that by now, participants would already posses some form of leadership and team working abilities. By putting the participants in real life leadership and team work challenges, they will experience a different mode of behaviour. It is in such situations that the participants will oriented themselves towards their own leadership and team working abilities, form new resolutions about themselves, and then learn to fully express themselves as leaders to the team.
