| What is popular nowadays in the cities? We spend a lot of time in shopping malls and in front of the television. The shopping malls because we like shopping and it is air-conditioned, the television because we can choose to watch 30++ different channels in our home. Programs like, “The Apprentice, Project Runway, Fear Factor and Amazing Race” are very popular.
What, if we are able to combine the environment of a shopping mall with the excitement of those programs and put them together in a teambuilding project?
We will give each team a task. To end this task successfully the teams have to use specific skills like: leadership, creativity, budget control, communication, working together, strategize, planning and time management.
Each team will be given a REAL CASH budget and a time limit to complete their task inside a shopping mall. At the end of the day, the teams will have to show their product which shall be judged.
It seems simple but isn't work the same? You work under stress to achieve goals in limited time with a limited budget. You have to rely on your colleagues, have to communicate, plan, strategize and use the strength of your team. |
