Synopsis

This teambuilding program is a combination of beach and pool teambuilding activities with 2 indoor workshops on “Understanding Personal Preferences” and on “Communication”. It can be conducted in 2 and 3 days at Port Dickson or any other beach venue of your choice.
   

The teambuilding program is divided into 5 modules:

MODULE 1: Icebreakers and Team presentation
MODULE 2: Understanding Personal Preferences
MODULE 3: Communication
MODULE 4: Experiential Learning
MODULE 5: Team Mates Relationships
   
The 3 days program will have one additional workshop called “Business Project Oil Rig”: The aim is to build parts for an Oil Rig. Teams will have a budget and limited time. Project leaders are able to communicate on strategy. But what if the biggest Investor of this project wants to make some changes at the last moment?
